The GenMob project was developed by CEG / IGOT, University of Lisbon, in partnership with Noroff University College (NUC), Norway. It was funded by EEA Grants, PT07 (2nd Open Call) and the Commission for Citizenship and Gender Equality (CIG) was the Program’s national operator.
GenMob sought to deepen knowledge about the uses of time and space by Portuguese women and men, in order to influence more inclusive public policies. In order to do so, it has used tele-monitoring in real time, using smartphones and / or GPS devices (trackers), as sensors for data acquisition – in voluntary participants.
